Pricing Notes

  • Package totals are fixed if your needs fit within the listed specifications.

  • A final project total will be confirmed after your initial consultation, taking into account any add‑ons, additional pages, or services.

  • Hourly work outside the scope of your package is billed at $100/hr, but only after mutual agreement and a written contract addendum.

Your Role in the Process

To help your project run smoothly, please be ready to provide:

  • Logo files and any brand photography you’d like used

  • Any existing branding guidelines, color schemes, or style references

Project Process

  1. Purchase & Confirmation – You’ll receive an automated confirmation email.

  2. Consultation – I’ll email you to schedule a call or gather any missing details.

  3. Contract & Scope – We’ll finalize a written agreement including:

    • Project timeline & milestones

    • Deliverables & revision limits

    • Any additional costs for out‑of‑scope requests

  4. Invoice & Payment – Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before work begins.

  5. Design & Development – I’ll create your site according to our timeline and milestones.

  6. Revisions & Delivery – You’ll review drafts, request revisions, and receive your completed, print‑ready website.

  7. Post‑Launch Support – You get 30 days of included support after launch.

Refund Policy

Once I have begun working on your project, no refunds will be issued, as the work has already required my time and labor. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you choose to stop work before completion, I will hand over all work completed to date and, at my discretion, determine any partial refund for incomplete work.

If I am unable to deliver the agreed‑upon work within our mutually established timeframe (as stated in our contract), you are entitled to a full refund.
