I will create a custom prayer card for you based on this template to help you connect with your supporters.

When you purchase, please be ready to:

  1. Provide the information you would like to appear on your prayer card.

  2. Upload your photos and logo files.

  3. Provide any information you have about the color scheme or branding guidelines for your organization, if applicable. (If Barnabas, no need to provide this, I already have it!)

Upon purchase, you can expect:

  1. An automated confirmation email will be sent, along with an additional email from me if any information, photos, or logo files are missing, which I need before I can begin.

  2. Upon receiving all the information needed and full payment, I’ll begin working on your design. I’ll send a proof for your review within one week of receiving all the required information and files.

  3. You can review and request changes to the design.* The first round of revisions and approval is included in this purchase.

  4. After making changes and completing one round of revisions, I’ll send you a final, print-ready PDF that you can download and send to your preferred printer. (Here is a quality option I’ve used in the past.)

Notes

If you work with Barnabas International––check out my Barnabas-specific custom design option here, it’s significantly cheaper since I’ve already created a template! The cost would just be to have me input the information and photos for you, as well as cover the cost of time for communication.

*Any additional reviews that may require excessive communication or hourly work beyond the scope of this offer (multiple changes in photos, colors, fonts, multiple formats or options requested, etc.), I will request additional compensation at the hourly rate of $100/hr., but before proceeding with those additional revisions, will communicate that and request your approval in advance. Then, upon agreement, I will send an additional invoice and proceed with the work on this project.

Refund Policy

Once I have delivered a first draft, no refunds will be issued, as the work has already required my time and labor. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

I guarantee that you will receive a print‑ready version of your project following your first included revision. If I am unable to deliver the agreed‑upon work within our mutually established timeframe—one week from the date I receive all necessary information, files, logos, and other required materials—you are entitled to a full refund.
